Yes, you can cancel or reschedule sessions with at least a 24 hours' notice, otherwise canceled or missed sessions are not refundable. Use the cancellation link sent to you in the booking confirmation e-mail.
I accept payment by bank transfer. Once your booking has been confirmed, I will send an invoice to the email address provided, along with payment instructions. Payment in currencies other than EUR, GBP and USD is possible by individual arrangement.
Yes, of course. The first session is entirely dedicated to narrow down whatever "feels off" to you and how I can help you work through it.
We will meet online for 50-minute sessions on prescheduled dates.
The overall structure will be usually threefold (and adjusted to your needs and goals):
1. A short recap of your experiences with tools and strategies you agreed to try in the previous session and how to adjust if necessary.
2. Working on your larger goal by exploring and processing the specific psychological aspects of it and developing individual tools and strategies.
3. A short recap of the session and your takeaway of what you want to try to apply to your daily live. Scheduling the next session.
No, you don't need a formal diagnosis. Diagnoses are mostly important for health insurance companies to cover the cost of your treatment. Because I am a privately practising psychologist my service is not eligible for reimbursement by health insurance. As there are exceptions, I advice you to inquire about the possibility of compensation with your insurers directly.
No, I don't give formal diagnosis. I am a psychologist and as such a privately practising psychological counsellor. I am not a licensed therapist and therefore not allowed to give diagnosis or prescribe medicine.
